Drawing Notes — multiple note templates
Drawing Notes now supports multiple note templates, so a single installation can serve teams that each maintain their own standard note set.
setup.txthas changed format. It is now a plain text file containing a single line: the path to a folder of XML template files. Each XML file in that folder appears in the new Notes Template dropdown and can be selected on the fly.Please note: selecting a different template, or pressing Reload, resets every field in the current session back to that template’s defaults. Any edits you have made and not yet written to the design will be discarded. Finish and apply your notes before switching templates.
The user guide has been updated throughout for the new template model, including corrected descriptions of the controlled impedance column (values are entered manually — Xpedition does not calculate them) and of Update Notes, which collects only the rows you have ticked.
