Select one or more components on a schematic, run this tool, and the datasheet is opened.  It’s that simple.

How it works:

– You come up with a consistent naming convention for your datasheets.  Using something unique about the part, like the part number, makes it easiest.

– You choose a network file location to store all the datasheets.

– You edit the setup file that comes with the tool, then run it.

– The datasheet opens in your default PDF viewing software.  It doesn’t matter what PDF viewer you use; the tool will launch whatever the default for Windows is.
